Cooking with Manuela Darling

Rockpool Productions was hired by Documentarian, Jan Catonni to film and photograph Manuela cooking some simple, timeless dishes in her family home as part of an ongoing documentary.

Manuela Darling-Gansser is an inveterate traveller, passionate cook and writer of food and travel cookbooks.
She has produced five coffee table cookbooks featuring the food, culture and lifestyle of Northern Italy, Sardegna, the Swiss Alps and Sicily.
Manuela was born in Lugano, the Italian speaking part of Switzerland and now lives in Sydney, Australia.
